What if I want to see an apartment? To set up a time to view an apartment you can contact us at:

Can I see a floor plan? Due to the unique layout of the building no two of our apartments are exactly alike. We have over 40 apartments, each with a different layout and rental rate.
Do you allow pets? We allow cats and small dogs (under 30 lbs) with a one time Pet Fee of $200 due at move in, and an additional $25 a month in Pet Rent.
What utilities are included in the rent? Water and rubbish removal are included in the rent. There is no gas bill and there is affordable electric through Village of Spencerport Electric.
Is there a security deposit? Yes, the security deposit is usually equal to one months rent, but is dependent on your credit report.
How long is the Lease Agreement? We offer a standard 12 month Lease Agreement.
